How do I access my certificate after completing a course?+

Log in to your account at courses.safeworksacademy.ca, open My Courses, and download the certificate next to your completed course. Certificates are available as soon as you pass the assessment.

Can I get a refund on a course?+

Check the refund policy on the individual course page, or contact us and we will review your situation.

How do I set up team training for my organization?+

Use the form on this page or email us. We will walk you through the dashboard and volume pricing, from small crews to large organizations.
